India, our country is poised to have an obese population by 2050. There are so many factors that can lead one to become obese. As the 12th of March is dedicated to diet and nutrition,  it is better to start eating right from a very young age. It is said that more colors of fruits, nuts, and vegetables on your plate, the healthier one can become. After the pandemic, children are abusing the social media and getting into a lot of health hazards! Long hours glued to television or any other system can hamper the growth of a child both physically and psychologically. It is equally important to have mental well-being and physical health that go hand in hand. Saying no to junk food must be taught to children from an early age. All these junk foods are carcinogenic.  Let's imbibe healthy habits not only in children but also young adults as they are our future citizens. Let's not burden our government into spending a lot on health care that would be quite unnecessary.
