The most important event on the 27th of February is dedicated to protein as 'National Protein Day.' Protein is vital in the growing up years of children. A balanced diet consists of vitamins,  proteins, fats in small portions, fresh vegetables, fruits, milk and related products, and eggs. The government serves well-balanced, nutritious food to underprivileged children in our state. Children are our future generation, and our nation must be in safe hands. At home, parents must make sure that children eat proper meals and say no to junk food as it is detrimental in the growing up years. Eating right must be inculcated at a very young age so that it becomes a habit and not forced. At St. Sophia Group Of Institutions,  our learners know the importance of eating right as junk is banned at our premises.
Protein is most necessary for all our sporting legends and people of all age groups. Let's eat right to lead happier and healthier lives.
