All of us undergo stress in one form or the other. Gone are the days when everyone had a lot of spare time and the world was fast-paced. Fast forward it today. It's a whirlwind of work, life, and balance. Learners are stressed about their academics. People are stressed about mundane things or more serious ones. Isn't there a solution? Of course. We need to pursue our hobbies. Gardening, singing, dancing, learning a new language, exercising, and traveling are some of the stress busters. Let's give a new meaning to life as we live only once. Let's not waste a minute pondering over unnecessary things. In spite of all these, if we are still stressed, it's high time we need to visit a counselor or get help from a qualified psychiatrist. It is better to get help for ourselves than being too late.
