As we are observing mental well-being week, many of our young learners are all geared up to share their precious thoughts in the morning assembly. 
M-E-N-T-A-L... let us understand what these letters mean.
1. M...for MEDITATION. It is a proven fact that meditation can cure a lot of ailments. The right breathing in and out can enhance our health.
2. EXERCISE: Sedentary lifestyles can lead to a lot of health issues. So, get up and move!
3. NO: Learn to say NO for things that aren't advisable for you.
4. TALK: Communicate with your family and loved ones. Confiding your thoughts helps a lot.
5. ACCEPT: Accept the fact that you are what you are. Never compare or complain about anything or anyone!
6. LAUGHTER: It is said that laughter is the best medicine. So, laugh it off.
