For the first time in the year 1982, on the 21st of September, the UN general assembly adopted a resolution to observe peace, non-violence, and ceasefire! Right now, a few countries are waging wars. Innocent people and children get caught in the crossfire. A PEACE BELL is chimed in New York on this day... This bell is made of many coins donated by different nations of the world, except Africa. This was a gift from the UN Association of Japan. It has an inscription that states LONG LIVE ABSOLUTE WORLD PEACE. The worst loss of human life was in Japan and Germany during the 2nd World War. Countries like Israel, Ukraine, Russia, and Palestine are at war, and children get caught in the crosshairs. Let us pray for Universal Peace and harmony, the world over.
